Overview:

As a Financial Services Specialist, you will guide clients in developing financial strategies by leveraging your expertise in taxation, investment options, insurance, retirement plans, and real estate. Your responsibilities will include evaluating clients' financial situations, including their assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance needs, tax circumstances, and financial goals to create tailored investment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an established client portfolio, ensuring a thorough understanding of investment risks and anticipated returns by accurately assessing each client's needs for suitability. Provide continuous investment and banking guidance to meet the comprehensive financial requirements of clients. Regularly update client profiles to ensure alignment with their risk tolerance and investment strategies.
• Develop a referral network within the organization to promote and market brokerage and insurance offerings. Educate fellow employees about investment and insurance services to facilitate qualified referrals. Engage with both new and existing clients to offer investment and insurance solutions while cross-selling banking products and referring clients to banking partners. Participate in collaborative meetings to enhance teamwork and understanding of brokerage offerings.
• Collaborate with external sources to stimulate referrals of potential clients.
• Implement a strategic business plan focused on maximizing internal referrals, nurturing existing client relationships, and cultivating new business opportunities to meet annual sales targets.
• Support the Sales Assistant Manager in assessing the performance of their assigned sales assistant.

Qualifications:
Education

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with a focus on a relevant field pertinent to the essential functions of this position.

Experience

A minimum of one year in the securities industry is required.

Certifications

Possession of Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 securities licenses and applicable state insurance licenses is mandatory. Candidates must be able to affiliate with our Broker Dealer.

Additional Responsibilities:
This role may involve other duties as assigned by management. All employees are expected to understand and adhere to the contents of all company-assigned compliance programs, regulations, and policies. This includes recognizing compliance risks relevant to their departments and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Compensation Transparency:

This position operates on a commission-based compensation structure.
