Vehicle Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Sonic Automotive. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.

• Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying their vehicle needs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new vehicle features, accessories, and technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Prospecting and Follow-up: Develop and implement effective prospecting and follow-up strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, service department, and other dealership staff to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve dealership goals.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
