Position Overview:
The Starbucks Service Associate plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall guest experience. This position involves serving customers in the Starbucks Kiosk and dining areas while maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.

  • Greet and acknowledge every guest upon entry to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Deliver prompt and genuine service to all customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area at all times.
  • Acquire knowledge of beverage recipes and proper portioning techniques.
  • Ensure a sufficient supply of products is readily available.
  • Keep all products at the appropriate temperatures.
  • Execute proper closing procedures at the end of the shift.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols diligently.
  • Engage with guests in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
  • Perform all physical job functions, including bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, and walking.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a valid Food Safety certification.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team and foster positive relationships with colleagues.
