About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment

You will conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients, identifying their health needs and creating personalized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.

Care Planning

You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each patient, prioritizing safety, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Education and Support

You will play a vital role in educating patients, families, nurses, and community members on healthy habits and disease management, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in med-surg/telemetry settings. You must have a deep understanding of nursing standards, medical terminology, and hospital procedures.

In addition, you should possess:

  • 1+ year of US experience as a Registered Nurse
  • 1+ year of medicine telemetry experience in an Acute Care inpatient hospital setting
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program

Baylor Scott & White Health offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
