CMTA Inc is seeking a skilled Construction Site Superintendent to join our Energy Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage construction schedules to meet project milestones
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the design team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during construction
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including safety binders and commissioning reports
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols and quality standards
