We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist - Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team at Opus IVS INC.

About the Role
  • As an Accounts Payable Specialist - Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling ledgers, and communicating with vendors.
  • You will also assist in month-end closing processes by providing reports and reconciliations related to accounts payable and receivable.
Responsibilities:
  • Process Invoices and Payments: Accurately process and reconcile invoices, manage vendor communication, and ensure timely payment.
  • Maintain Accounts Payable Ledgers: Reconcile and maintain accurate records of accounts payable ledgers, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Assist in Month-End Closing: Provide reports and reconciliations related to accounts payable and receivable, supporting the finance team's efforts during month-end closing.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the finance team, including administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable (preferred).
  • Skills: Working knowledge of laws and confidentiality compliance related to accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel), and working knowledge of accounting software.
  • Math Abilities: Excellent math skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
