About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our After-Hours Hospice team at Agape Care Group. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families in a compassionate and respectful manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families in a compassionate and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with the hospice care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in hospice care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting, with hospice experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs.
