Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at St. Luke's Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine the best course of treatment and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and education, to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and train Physical Therapist Assistants and aides as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the State of New Jersey or Pennsylvania, based on work location required.
  • Doctorate Degree preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
