Job Summary

This Commercial Security Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of security systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a basic knowledge of security systems, product sets, and overall technologies designed and installed by Homeland Safety Systems.
  • Consistently generate proposals for potential and existing clients, ensuring needs are met and demonstrating a vast understanding of the time and resources required to complete projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with operations and engineering teams to ensure projects are designed and completed to the highest standard.
  • Proactively conduct follow-ups to validate customer satisfaction and act as a client advocate regarding safety and security needs.

  • Proven experience in a sales-driven and results-oriented environment.
  • Ability to utilize CRM for thorough customer documentation, tracking daily activities, and sales forecasting.
  • Dedicated to problem-solving and persevering in difficult circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
