About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Strategist to join our team at Abb Holdings Inc. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights and trends that can improve sales performance
  • Conduct competitive analysis to assess market positioning
  • Share functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize A+ content
  • Track and measure key performance metrics
  • Monitor Amazon marketplace performance and provide recommendations to optimize listings
  • Identify opportunities for growth of the existing portfolio and new opportunities to add to the ABB ELIP portfolio
  • Design and implement change management practices to ensure smooth implementation of KPI-driven approaches
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1+ years of relevant experience required
  • Experience supporting Amazon marketplace
  • Experience building reporting in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar e-commerce platform
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
  • B2B experience required
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
