Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Anderson Sport and Wellness a Physical Therapy Corporation. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients and develop treatment plans with measurable goals and time frames
  • Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
  • Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient

Requirements:

  • A valid CA state license to practice as a physical therapist
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a physical therapist
  • Strong manual therapy background and skills
  • Interest and commitment to learn on the job and grow in professional skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pilates experience or certification
  • NAIOMT training
  • IASTM
  • Paris courses
  • Mulligan
  • John Barnes

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $48 - $85/hr based on experience and expertise/skills (to start) with an opportunity for advancement in pay based on performance
  • Part-time eligible for Health insurance: (employee choice: PPO, HMO, HSA)
  • Full-time eligible for unlimited Medbridge continuing education units
  • Other continuing education will be paid for by the employer as agreed upon
  • Full and part-time eligible for company service discounts

We are a cash-based clinic, completely out of network, which allows us to deliver the time and care that our clients need and want. Our clients are primarily athletic, highly motivated individuals who follow their home programs and our advice about health and lifestyle shifts and get outstanding results.
