Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Closer/Funder to join our growing team at Triad Financial Services, Inc. NMLS #1063. This is a full-time position in our Jacksonville, FL office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming loan packages from clients, including Direct Borrowers, Manufactured Home Dealers, and Brokers.
  • Monitor loan doc requests, ensure necessary underwriting conditions are cleared, and communicate with clients and escrow agents.
  • Verify home addresses, timely and accurate data entry, and order flood and tax certs from 3rd party vendors.
  • Process contract orders, review compliance, and send packages out for signatures.
  • Work closely with underwriting to clear conditions, gather and review loan information, and confirm loan fits in end lender's parameters.
  • Correct files and accounting when loans are redirected.
  • First point of contact for Dealers, brokers, borrowers, underwriters, insurance agents, and lenders on files submitted.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Maintain client relationships and provide superior customer service.
  • Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and loan processing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask in a high-growth environment, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
