Key Responsibilities- Oversee production needs for live shows and events, including setup, rehearsal, and execution.
- Train and lead a team of stage managers to ensure efficient and effective event operations.
- Operate and oversee our seasonal parade, ensuring timely and safe execution.
- Set up and maintain rehearsal spaces, ensuring a productive and efficient environment.
- Assist with casting, ensuring the right talent is selected for each show or event.
- Experience in live show production or event operations, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
