About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Premier Wireless. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and features
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Weekend availability is required for this position. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Experience is NOT required, we will show you the Premier Wireless way.
