Utilize automotive maintenance and repair knowledge to provide prompt and accurate guidance on service requests received from external partners through various communication channels, ensuring a professional and courteous approach.
Evaluate service proposals to confirm that appropriate repair and maintenance tasks are executed in alignment with manufacturer guidelines, scheduled intervals, vehicle history, and fair pricing for recommended services.
Facilitate discussions regarding adjustments to service pricing when discrepancies arise, assess warranty and post-warranty applications, and generate purchase orders while clarifying operational procedures to clients, teams, and vendors.
Assess client requirements and service requests to develop and propose effective solutions; engage with clients to present recommendations, clarify proposed actions, and secure necessary approvals.
Identify potential enhancements and provide suggestions to management and teams across various business sectors for comprehensive maintenance service proposals, client-charged repairs, and opportunities to optimize vehicle repair cycles.
Handle inquiries from drivers, assess specific requirements to recommend suitable and cost-effective service locations for clients.

Essential Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the state of Oklahoma
Must possess a minimum of 4 current ASE certifications
At least six (6) months of experience in customer service is required
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in automotive maintenance, repair consultation, or dealership service department is required
A degree in Automotive Technology is preferred
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is necessary
Must be open to a starting pay range of $22.11-$24.11 per hour
Must meet all technical requirements for remote work
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
