Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of practice

  • Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
  • Experience with ventilator management and telemetry
  • Prior travel assignment experience is preferred
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC
  • Completion of an accredited nursing education program

The ICU unit is equipped to handle a variety of complex patient cases, including surgical, medical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma patients. The patient-to-nurse ratio is typically 1:1 to 1:3, depending on acuity.
