About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the building's exterior and interior spaces, including but not limited to grounds, hallways, and common areas.

This part-time role requires approximately 20-25 hours of work per week and comes with a competitive salary range of $42,000-$52,000 annually.

We are looking for someone who can commit to flexible hours and has experience with general maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in maintenance or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
