Job Title: Insurance Relationship Builder

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with our agent to identify client needs and develop customized insurance solutions that meet those needs. This includes educating clients about various insurance options, developing marketing strategies to promote State Farm products, and working collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth reviews of client needs to identify opportunities for State Farm products
* Develop and implement personalized marketing strategies to promote State Farm products to clients
* Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
* Identify and develop new business leads

Requirements:
* 1+ year of sales experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license within 6 months of hire
