Our team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay with us. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal by thoroughly cleaning and preparing rooms for new guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning Procedures: Extend your arms over head to reach high areas, use cleaning agents as instructed, and follow established protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves, extending your arms over head and bending as needed, to maintain a pristine appearance.
  • Metal Surfaces: Clean and polish all metal surfaces, applying pressure in repeated motion to leave them sparkling.
  • Ashtrays and Trash: Empty ashtrays and dispose of trash to keep the premises tidy.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and tidy appearance at all times, reflecting positively on our company.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues to provide excellent customer service.
  • Physical Abilities: Lift, bend, stoop, walk, push, or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods with ease.
