">We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of high-end residential projects from start to finish.

- Lead and manage a team of skilled carpenters and craftsmen to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget;">
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution;">
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle;">
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to minimize delays and costs;">
- Develop and implement effective project plans and timelines to meet client expectations;">
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty;">
- Monitor and control project expenses to achieve cost savings and profitability;">
Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in high-end residential construction, including project management and leadership roles;">
- Demonstrated expertise in architectural design, construction methods, and project management principles;">
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;">
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities;">
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;">
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols;">
- Ability to travel occasionally for project meetings and site visits;">
