Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Support the growth of your career by taking on new challenges and responsibilities, and by being open to cross-training and development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the success of the store by actively participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to support business needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role, is an asset.
