CVICU Nurse

We are seeking an experienced CVICU nurse to join our team at Incredible Health in Rahway, NJ.

As a CVICU nurse with our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).

• This role requires nurses with experience in managing complex cardiovascular conditions, including arrhythmia management, bariatric care, and ECMO support.
• You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients.

Some of your key responsibilities as a CVICU nurse will include:

• Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, identifying potential complications, and implementing interventions to prevent or manage them.
• Developing and updating individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and effective communication.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A degree in nursing (ADN/ASN) from an accredited school of nursing.
• An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey.

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,920 to $117,990 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
