Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, physical conditions, and laboratory results to identify potential risks and complications.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent and manage complications, such as bleeding, infection, and cardiac arrhythmias.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize care processes.
- Current Missouri RN License
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- CCRN Certification preferred
- EKG Course preferred
