Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Engineer to join our team at Focused HR Solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our network systems, including servers, switches, and routers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to our team members on network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with our IT team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
  • Develop and implement network security protocols to protect our systems from cyber threats.
  • Conduct regular network performance monitoring and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • MCITP, MCSE, MCSA, or similar Microsoft certifications.
  • Excellent PowerShell scripting and automation skills, with experience in performance monitoring and tuning, large Active Directory administration.
  • Three to five years of experience working in a mixed Active Directory and Linux environment within a VMware or other cloud-based enterprise environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment.

  • Splunk/Elasticsearch or similar logging technologies
  • Software-defined networks
