Cardiology LPN

Bayview Physicians Group is a rapidly growing outpatient multi-specialty medical group seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Cardiology team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical team.

• Process patient phone calls and messages, routing them to providers as needed
• Provide test results to patients and update their plan of care
• Conduct nurse visits with patients, including assessment, medication reconciliation, vitals, and EKGs
• Prescribe refills and complete other clinical duties as assigned

• Current state license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Practical Nurse holding a valid Compact State License
• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice
• Cardiology experience preferred, but not required
