About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at B's Champagne. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and maximizing efficiency in our warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise teams and implement initiatives to boost quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal/external customers to resolve problems and drive preventative actions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement projects (Kaizen or other) to meet established objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills with 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, strategic/smart warehousing systems & processes.
