The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our production processes, meeting quality, cost, delivery, safety, and other goals established by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Production Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule production workflows to maximize process flow and meet customer expectations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are labeled, packed, and coded correctly.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to food safety SOPs and AIB standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accurate and efficient production processes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including distribution, sales, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in production management, operations management, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
