Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced School Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school district in Narragansett, RI. As a key member of our team, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders.

As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
  • Providing direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Rhode Island.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.
