As a GEAR UP Graduation Specialist, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to support students' academic success and graduation from high school.

About the Position

The GEAR UP Graduation Specialist will provide individualized support to students, including academic advising, mentoring, and tutoring. This position requires a strong background in education, with experience working with diverse populations and a passion for making a positive impact on students' lives.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field, with at least two years of experience working with students in a educational setting.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000-$65,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students, including academic advising, mentoring, and tutoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other stakeholders to develop and implement evidence-based programs and strategies
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
