We are seeking an experienced School Psychologist to join our educational team in Kingston, NH. This role focuses on fostering students' academic, emotional, and social success while collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive school environment.
About the PositionThis is a full-time position that requires minimum 1+ years of school psychology experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing counseling services, developing strategies for improving student learning and well-being, and supporting crisis prevention and intervention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to guide intervention plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students addressing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for improving student learning and well-being.
- Support crisis prevention and intervention initiatives in collaboration with school staff.
- Education: Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Certification: Current New Hampshire certification as a School Psychologist or eligibility to obtain it.
- Experience: Experience in schools is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
