Job OverviewAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our Orthopedic Unit, you will play a vital role in facilitating and enhancing the delivery of patient care and the patient experience under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN). Your duties will include providing everyday patient care, activities of daily living, and general support duties as assigned, such as clerical, stocking, courier, and transport. You will demonstrate Service Excellence at all times and perform other duties as assigned.

- Assist with clerical, stocking, courier, and transport duties as needed.
- Demonstrate Service Excellence at all times.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Unit Secretary/Nursing Assistant, Medic, or EMT/Paramedic is preferred.
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- CNA certification is required.
- Demonstrated track record of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills is required.
- For Emergency Room positions, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification is required within 6 months.
