We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team at Stonewall Resort. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide aggressive, hospitable service to guests in accordance with all of The Stonewall Resort's food service standards.
  • Assist in having the patio dining area ready for service five minutes prior to the start of a meal period.
  • Clear tables after guests' departure.
  • Prepare and set tables in preparation for guests.
  • Practice exceptional service communication skills to ensure Four Diamond Service.
  • Have full knowledge of telephone answering, recording reservations, and providing guests with general information.
  • Operate and understand the Micros System.
  • Ensure accuracy of all guest checks in the way of payment, billing, and CMP counts.
  • Carry out the policies and procedures of Stonewall Resort and Benchmark Hospitality while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork atmosphere.
  • Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform all duties in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies.
  • Be flexible to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand.
  • Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain uniform and grooming standards as outlined in the employee handbook and departmental training.
  • Ensure knowledge and practice of Stonewall and state liquor guidelines and laws.
  • Have job knowledge of Hostess, Dining Room Assistant, and In-Room Dining functions.
  • Be knowledgeable of all services with the hotel.
  • Ensure the highest degree of sanitation in regard to food handling at all times.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Restaurant service experience preferred.
  • Must be both guest and team oriented.
  • Well organized.
