Overview

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team in a critical care setting. As a LPN, you will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in a critical care setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement care.
  • Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate patient care with other departments, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information, adhering to Mercy's standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Current LPN license in the hiring state, with the ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed.
  • Ability to stand/walk most of the time, with significant bending and stooping, lifting, and turning patients with assistance.
