Your main duty will be to utilize your hospitality expertise and service abilities to guarantee that residents and guests have a delightful dining experience. Alongside interacting with residents and managing their meal orders, you will assist in the proper arrangement and sanitation of the dining areas to enhance the overall experience.

Dining staff are accountable for managing all food items in accordance with health and safety regulations, adhering to all federal, state, and local guidelines concerning safe food handling practices.

Available Shifts:

Morning Shift: 7A-3P Midday Shift: 11A-7P Evening Shift: 4P-7P

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with residents in a warm and friendly manner, demonstrating service excellence and a positive attitude. Exhibit knowledge of the menu and provide recommendations. Accurately take food and beverage orders from residents. Ensure timely delivery of meals. Monitor residents' dining experiences and promptly address any concerns. Process payments from residents and guests when required. Input orders into the POS system for the kitchen team. Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene. Adhere to food safety protocols. Conduct dining room readiness checks to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations. Set up and reset tables according to dining procedures. Be knowledgeable about residents' dietary needs and where to obtain relevant information. Consistently practice safe food handling. Assist the food preparation team as needed.

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma preferred. Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings, particularly in senior living, is advantageous. A positive demeanor and ability to thrive under pressure. Capability to deliver high-quality work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely service.
