RAM Partners, LLC is a leading real estate management company that oversees a diverse portfolio of approximately 70,000 apartments across the United States. We specialize in multi-family community management for a variety of third-party owners, focusing on delivering exceptional service and results. Our team is dedicated to creating a positive experience for residents and owners alike.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour + $500 sign-on bonus

Overview

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team, utilizing their exceptional customer service skills to connect with future residents and identify their needs to secure lease agreements. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating interest in our community, communicating effectively with potential residents, and serving as a resource for residents to express their problems and find solutions. You will also build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents, utilizing your attention to detail skills to perform required office administrative tasks, and coordinating fun activities for residents.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in our community by highlighting its unique features and benefits
• Communicate effectively with potential residents on all steps to make our community their home
• Serve as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents
• Use attention to detail skills to perform required office administrative tasks
• Coordinate fun activities for residents

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• One year multi-family leasing or sales experience preferred
• Fair Housing experience helpful
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
