Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and tools.
- Keep accurate records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to speech and language goal-setting.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a school setting is an advantage.
