About the Role

Providence St Vincent Medical Center is seeking a skilled Charge RN-Surgery to join our team. This position offers multiple FTE and shift options, providing flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of RNs in the surgery department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve departmental goals.
  • Provide education and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire.
  • 1 year nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
