Job DescriptionWe seek an experienced Pharmacist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As part of Ernest Health, we prioritize service excellence and strive to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure accurate prescription orders and monitor patient reactions
- Conduct drug utilization reviews and develop drug review criteria for medical staff approval
- Oversee drug therapies as assigned by medical staff
