Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Spa Concierge to join our team at The Woodhouse Day Spa - The Woodlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visit is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized attention to guests from the moment they arrive, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a smooth and relaxing experience.
  • Answer the phone with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that guests enter a clean, safe, and inviting environment with the right lighting, music, and scent.
  • Remember small details that make The Woodhouse special, such as guests' favorite drinks, warm neck wraps, and personal details like birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Support the leadership team as needed, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
