We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our retail sales team, promoting products and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services\

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish\
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License\
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally\
  • Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends\
\

Preferred Qualifications

\

Candidates with previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position will be preferred. Additionally, experience selling paint and paint-related products, as well as operating tinting and mixing equipment, will be advantageous.
