  • Dig and pour concrete for footings, walls, slabs, and floors.
  • Install gravel grades and rebar.
  • Operate equipment like come-alongs and screed to finish concrete surfaces.
  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, working 50-55 hours per week, with occasional travel for overnight stays.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a concrete finisher.
  • Proficiency in operating Mini Excavators and Skid Steers.
  • Willingness to be away from home 3-4 nights per week (home on weekends).
  • Currently holds or is willing to obtain a Class A CDL License.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Strong desire to deliver high-quality work and take pride in craftsmanship.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and think ahead.
