We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Associate to join our team at OTO Development. As a Housekeeping Team Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies to optimize daily tasks
  • Report room maintenance issues to front desk staff and team members
  • Perform 'light touch' and 'full clean' tasks effectively
  • Vacuum floors, change sheets, restock, and replace room and bath amenities
  • Maintain a professional appearance, including a pressed uniform, employee ID, safety footwear, and protective equipment
Requirements
  • You are neat, organized, and efficient in your work
  • You are physically capable of standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods
  • You value a job well done and take pride in presenting a spotless room
  • You are proficient in using cleaning tools and products to clean various surfaces
Physical and Travel Requirements

This is a physically demanding position that requires minimal travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
