Position Overview
As a Charge RN, you will oversee the nursing personnel and operational activities within the designated area. Your responsibilities will include ensuring sufficient staffing levels, availability of necessary supplies, and proper equipment for patient care. Additionally, you will play a vital role in delivering direct nursing services to patients in your assigned unit.
Qualifications
Education:
Required: Completion of an accredited nursing program.
Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
