Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPCU) team at Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital. As a CVPCU RN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Provides direct nursing care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition.
- Develops and implements individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Provides education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum one year current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA).
