Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.
- Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, required.
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. ENPC, TNCC or CEN; preferred.
