As a key member of our coffee shop team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items to our customers. • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee shop beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty coffee drinks.
• Prepare and serve food items, such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads.
• Operate a cash register and process customer transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience in our coffee shop.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee shop area and surrounding areas.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
