Compounding Pharmacy Growth Specialist

Tailor Made Compounding, a leading compounding pharmacy, is seeking a skilled Clinical Sales Pharmacist to drive growth and clinical impact. This role will educate healthcare providers, foster strategic relationships, and support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Identify and develop relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and telehealth platforms to promote our compounding services.\
• Clinical Support: Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate therapy selection, dosing, and new product development.\
• Education & Training: Conduct educational sessions for healthcare providers on the benefits and applications of compounded medications.\
• Internal Product Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal employees on compounded products.\
• Regulatory Compliance: Serve as a resource for healthcare providers, offering guidance and support on compounding pharmacy regulations, compliance, and quality standards.\
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic marketing efforts and enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy setting, with sales or business development experience preferred.\
• Familiarity with telehealth and DTC business models.\
• Knowledge of compounding pharmacy regulations and industry standards.\
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport with healthcare providers.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid holidays, and PTO.
