• Customer Interaction: Regularly interact with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate the details of the service.
• Outdoor Work: Spend most of the day working outdoors, which requires being able to work in various weather conditions.
• Physical Demands: Be able to lift at least 50 pounds, crawl/kneel, and fit into tight spaces.
• Treatment Application: Apply liquid treatments to the soil.
• Data Entry: Enter data into mobile devices for services performed.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
• Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
