Restaurant Operations Director

Aramark is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Director to lead our dining operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu
• Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential
• Plan and lead daily team briefings to ensure clear communication and goal alignment
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees
• Lead the front of the house of the dining operation, working closely with the Food Service Director to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in a management role, preferably in food service or hospitality
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Physical demands include occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb., as well as standing for extended periods of time

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position, offering a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
