Keke's Breakfast Cafe - West Melbourne is seeking a highly skilled Cook to join our team. The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000.

Job Description:

The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food products in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing a variety of food items utilizing flat top grills, char-broiler, cook top, waffle baker, Panini press, and fryer.
  • Ensuring the quality of products prepared and served.
  • Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period.
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station area including all cooking equipment and refrigeration equipment.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional grooming habits, be able to communicate clearly and effectively, and be available to work 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day, including holidays.


Requirements:
  • Availability to work during peak hours (6:00 am - 4:00 pm) every day, including holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
